The clients expressed a desire for a functional and inviting environment across the entire dual-dwelling show home—one that would feel cohesive, polished, and welcoming for prospective buyers. In response, my design concept focuses on creating a harmonious flow between both dwellings, ensuring each space complements the other while maintaining its own sense of purpose.
At the heart of the main residence, an open-plan living and dining zone seamlessly connects to a well-appointed, centrally located kitchen, forming an ideal hub for social gatherings and everyday living. Throughout both homes, layers of colour, texture, and thoughtfully selected finishes build a warm, engaging backdrop that feels both contemporary and universally appealing. Practical, durable surfaces blend with a rich yet approachable palette, creating spaces that are not only beautiful but adaptable—designed to resonate with a diverse range of future homeowners.
